Brie with Sun Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
4 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
6 oz. Brie cheese
3 Tblsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Mix tomatoes and garlic. Pile generously on cheese (it's not necessary
to remove the rind from the cheese). Sprinkle with parsley.
Heat in oven at 350F for a few minutes, or until cheese is soft.
Serve with bagel chips or crackers, and enjoy
